Goals for 2009 - 2010

We have several objectives this year that we would like to pursue:

• Create an abbreviated update to the Status of Women Report to be available online. This will be an annual endeavor.
• Create a comprehensive assessment committee website that pools data from many different sources and makes it easily readable for the general public. Additionally try and gather data on underrepresented groups at Penn State such as non-tenured faculty and post-docs.
• We are also interested in making a section of the website that provides policy information – such as family leave, that is clearer and more concise than what is currently available from Human Resources.
